社長メッセージ

　タイオー株式会社は、「幸せな老後をつくる」を合言葉にして設立しました。現在、日本では増大する高齢者のニーズに医療・介護制度が悲鳴をあげ、「介護難民」や孤独死、あるいは認知症患者の急増が心配されています。
　「在宅介護をしっかりさせる」というのが政府の方針ですが、「誰が」「どのように」「いくらで」できるのか、具体策が十分に提示されているわけではありません。
　弊社は、高齢者が希望する場所で「幸せな老後」を過ごせるように、医療・看護・介護サービスが連携した在宅医療サービスへの支援を行っています。

Our Mission

Taio Co., Ltd. was established under the slogan “Create a Happy Elderly life”.
Currently, in Japan, medical and nursing care systems are screaming at the growing needs of the elderly, and we have to worry about the rapid increase of nursing care refugees, lonely death, and dementia patients.

The government's policy is to “make home care well”, but there is not enough concrete information on who can do it, how, and how much.
Our company provides the support for home medical services in cooperation with medical, nursing and nursing care services．
Our mission is to create a Happy Elderly life where they want to be.
